Cancellation & Amendments Policy To confirm a booking, we require a valid credit card - Visa or MasterCard. At 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival your card will be charged with the full value of accommodation booked. Cancellation Fees: If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking you may do so without penalty up to 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A reduced stay is considered a cancellation of the nights you no longer require. No shows are considered a cancellation.
We will waive any cancellation or amendment fees for any bookings that need to be changed or cancelled due to Government Border Restrictions or ill health resulting from Covid-19.

Arrival & Flight Details If you are travelling to Rarotonga from New Zealand or Australia, you will cross the International date line (Rarotonga does not use Daylight saving hours) Please provide us with a copy of your flights at the time of your booking so we can ensure we have you accommodated with the correct Rarotonga time line arrival & departure dates.
Check In / Check Out • Check-in time is 2.00 pm • Check-out time is 10:00 am Early check-in and late check-outs may be obtainable subject to availability and at a rate of $95.00 per room.
