Cancellation Policy

• To make a reservation, a 25% deposit is required using either your Visa Card/MasterCard or alternatively, payment directly to our NZ bank account. 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your Credit Card will be charged the remaining balance for your stay or, alternatively you make payment to our NZ account Reservations made within 30 days of travel date will require payment in full at time of booking.
• All cancellations must be emailed
• Cancellations for more than 31 days from your planned arrival date will incur a 0% cancellation fee
• Cancellations within 30 days of your planned arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee
• A no show will be charged the full booking amount
• Bookings are not transferrable

Arrival & Flight Details: If you are travelling to Rarotonga, you will cross the international date line. Please provide us with a copy of your flights so we can ensure we have you accommodated with the correct Rarotonga time line for arrival & departure dates. There are now several early morning flights arriving in Rarotonga. If you arriving in the early hours, you need to have booked a room from the previous day. We recommend the use of an airport transfer for early morning arrivals and our driver will escort you onto the property and show you to your room.

Check In / Check Out: Check-in time is 2.00 pm • Check-out time is 10:00 am Early check-in and late check-outs may be available subject to availability. A charge will be incurred. We can store luggage for you in the office free of charge. There is no lock up area but the area is manned or locked when not in use. Whilst we will take every care, we do not accept responsibility for them. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover any uncertainties.
